Each year, more men develop many kinds of respiratory disease due to smoking, exposure to occupational hazards. By avoiding smoking tobacco or being around with people who smoke is one of the best things you should do to reduce the risk of having this kind of health problem.
- Addiction to Alcohol– Too much of anything is not good, especially with the alcohol. Based on some research, men have higher rates of alcohol-related health problems compared to women. Men usually drink twice as much as men and when intoxicated, it can cause too much aggression and injury to people around. You have to drink occasionally and moderately. Too much consumption can cause diseases like cancer in the colon and liver. This can also cause sexual problems like erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. To avoid such problems, know how your limits and do not depend on it too much especially when you are going through emotional and relationship problems.
